KOFI PEASAH-BOADU is the Firm’s Managing Consultant.  He graduated from the University of Ghana in June 1982 with LLB (Hons) Degree.  He was called to the Bar on 28th March, 1985. He has wide experience of major commercial litigation including actions concerning incorporation, sale and purchase of Companies, preparation of Commercial Agreements, Leases etc., breaches and warranty, international white-collar fraud and defamation and knowledge in the other areas of the law mentioned above.  Mr. K. Peasah-Boadu has over 20 years experience in Insurance Law.

GEORGE KOFI BEKAH  is an Associate Counsel in the Firm.  He graduated from University of Ghana, Legon in 1996 with LLB Hon Degree.  He was called to the Bar in October 2007.  His areas of practice include corporate, trade marks and Patent, drafting of pleadings, agreements and conveyances among others.  He is also expert in Liquidation of Companies.  He also has extensive experience in all aspects of company secretarial services
